Just another soap-dodgin’ Sunday: I melted a chocolate bar that I’ve had since last Christmas (it was unopened and still fresh!) into a mug of hot milk, then sprinkled in some cinnamon for a DIY hot cocoa. Currently researching pros/cons of a Neve VR 72 console versus an SSL 6056E. This morning, after not shopping there for over a year, I rediscovered my undying love for all things Trader Joe’s.  Put one of those in Logan Square instead of that proposed Wal-Mart… The Denver OMG-Tim Tebows are playing the Chicago Not-Jim McMahons. Mer is at work today and I’ve got the house to myself.  She’s responsible for that lone bit of holiday decor behind me, but we’ll be taking our holiday portrait with the cats tonight. Weekends are a lot more enjoyable when I’m not working full-speed ahead.  I feel a little more sane today. Nine more days until I’m a Philadelphian again.
